المياه النظيفة هي واحدة من الأولويات الإنسانية الأكثر إلحاحا لشركة الرحمة. يدعم البرنامج المجتمعات من خلال نقل المياه بالشاحنات في حالات الطوارئ ، وبناء الآبار وإعادة تأهيلها ، وصهاريج تخزين المياه ، ودعم السدود والبرك ، والتوعية بالنظافة. يجمع البرنامج بين توصيل المياه السريع أثناء حالات الطوارئ والعمل الذي يركز على البنية التحتية والذي يحسن الوصول على المدى الطويل. تعطي الرحمة الأولوية للمجتمعات التي تواجه فيها النساء والأطفال وكبار السن والعائلات النازحة العبء الأكبر في الحصول على المياه الصالحة للشرب
