Executive Summary

A post distribution monitoring PDM report was conducted during 29 – 30 September 2022 with
the main objective of determining the efficiency of the water trucking provision to 450hhs (2,795
people) for three months and food voucher transfer to 100hhs (728 people) for two months. PDM
was done by Al-Rahma and its partner (Rajo Organization) and its purpose was to evaluate the
quality and effectiveness of the support provided to drought-affected people and to measure the
satisfaction of beneficiaries on water provision and food voucher to give opportunity to
beneficiaries to complain and provide feedback.
The PDM was conducted on 20 people from 20hhs received water provision and 10 people
selected from households received food vouchers in both villages Kala-baydh and Bali-caraale.
